Credit Agreement

To be mutually agreed by the Parties.

The security/collateral granted for the obligations.

On default, the lender may suspend further credit, and the outstanding balance becomes immediately due.

The profit/interest rate (% per annum), and whether fixed or variable — subject to any limits under applicable law.

Repayment in the agreed currency by the agreed instalments until repaid in full.
