Photography Contract

To be mutually agreed by the Parties.

The photographer retains copyright; the client receives a licence to use the images for the agreed personal/promotional use, and the photographer may use them for portfolio purposes.

The cancellation and rescheduling policy, including any non-refundable deposit.

As agreed between the Parties, payable in the agreed currency; a deposit may be required to reserve the date.

The deliverables (e.g. edited photos, videos, files), provided on the agreed schedule.
