Property Sale Agreement

The property is sold in its current condition; the buyer has inspected it and relies on its own due diligence.

Completion and handover on the agreed date, against payment of the balance.

The seller warrants good and marketable title to the property, free of encumbrances, and will transfer it at completion.

The purchase price, payable in the agreed currency as set out below.

A refundable security deposit in the agreed currency, returned at the end of the term less lawful deductions.
