Retainer Agreement

To be mutually agreed by the Parties.

All client information is kept confidential and, where applicable, privileged.

Either party may end the engagement on written notice; fees for work done remain payable.

Legal fees as agreed between the Parties, payable in the agreed currency.

Services outside the agreed scope are billed separately and require a further engagement.
