Escrow Agreement

The Parties agree to the terms of this section and shall perform their obligations in good faith and to accepted professional standards.

In the event of a dispute, the agent may retain or deposit the escrow with a competent authority until the dispute is resolved.

To be mutually agreed by the Parties.

The escrow agent holds the escrow and releases it only when the agreed conditions are satisfied.

As agreed between the Parties, payable in the agreed currency.
