Installment Agreement

The Parties agree to the terms of this section and shall perform their obligations in good faith and to accepted professional standards.

On default, the entire remaining balance becomes immediately due and payable.

To be mutually agreed by the Parties.

Payment by instalments in the agreed currency on the agreed schedule.

The profit/interest rate (% per annum), and whether fixed or variable — subject to any limits under applicable law.
